Functions
The heater unit increases the temperature of car interior by using high-temperature cooling water that is heated in the engine, removes the frost from the windowpane, and maintains optimal temperature by jointly operated with the air-conditioner..

Components
It is installed in the center of the car, inside the instrument panel, and is composed of the heater core where the engine cooling water passes, the mode door for air control and the air mix door for temperature control. Its exterior surface is made from plastic cases.

Kinds
The heater core is made of light aluminum alloy that has good thermal transmission. Connecting tubes and core are brazed together in a welding furnace to produce good performance and durability.
